I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were big, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The service was top-notch, with a welcoming desk clerk who even went the extra mile by providing airport pick-up and dropping us off at a local mall. The location was perfect, close to the river walk and downtown. While the outside of the building might need a touch-up, it didn't take away from the convenient location near stores and restaurants. The dining experience was excellent, offering great food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience!
The hotel provided a mixed experience. Although the rooms were not well-tidied and had a persistent smell, they were surprisingly clean. The service, despite some difficulty with construction, was friendly and efficient. The location, while a bit rundown, offered a nice place to relax in San Antonio. The dining was convenient but with a limited selection. Considering the value for money, it was still a satisfactory stay overall.
